Definition
Population age 0 to 4, by race and ethnicity.
White includes persons who designated white non-Hispanic as their only racial/ethnic
category.
Black includes persons who designated black or African American non-Hispanic as their
only racial/ethnic category.
Other alone or two or more races includes persons who designated a single
racial/ethnic category other than white non-Hispanic or black non-Hispanic or who designated two or more
races non-Hispanic on the 2010 U.S. Census.
Hispanic includes persons who classified themselves in one of the
specific Hispanic or Latino categories. Hispanic may be of any race and are not included in the racial
categories white non-Hispanic, black non-Hispanic, and other alone or
two or more races non-Hispanic.
