We may disclose your Personal Information to our third-party service partners or suppliers to deliver Casey Services to you. For example, we may share your information with our email service provider to send transactional and promotional emails to you.

For California Residents: California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits our members that are California residents to request from us, once a year and without charge, the names and addresses of those third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes and information regarding the categories of personal information that were disclosed to such third parties. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, the Foundation does not knowingly permit anyone under the age of 13 to provide personal information through its website.
