The number and percent of children under age 18 who are in poverty according to the supplemental poverty measure.

Data Source

Population Reference Bureau analysis of Census Bureau 2011-2013 Supplemental Poverty Measure Public Use Research fileshttps://www.census.gov/topics/income-poverty/supplemental-poverty-measure/data/datasets.html.
The 2013 data uses the 2014 CPS ASEC sample eligible to receive the traditional income questions.
