The number of cases reported on the JJIS as having jurisdiction transferred for disposition in the state's adult courts by Direct File, Waiver, or Indictment.
Race and ethnicity are identified by the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice as follows: "White" - white alone, non-Hispanic; "Black" - black alone, non-Hispanic; "Other" - other race alone and two or more races, non-Hispanic; and "Hispanic".
