The School Breakfast Scorecard, by Food Action Research Center (FRAC), measures the reach of the School Breakfast & Lunch Program for low-income students during the school year — nationally and in each state — based on a variety of metrics, and examines the impact of select trends and policies on program participation. Select "Report" and search "Breakfast" and select most recent year School Breakfast Scorecard report and report the most recent numbers from "Table 1:Low-Income Student Participation in School Lunch (NSLP) and School Breakfast (SBP)."
