Data Source
Students with disabilities and net enrollment (1st month membership) data were from the Annual Report of the Tennessee Department of Education. The KIDS COUNT division of the Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth converted district-level data to county-level, organized data and calculated rates.
Notes
Reporting of data by county suppresses any student count below 6.
