Definition

Number and percentage of all New Mexicans who have no health insurance coverage, by their place of birth and citizenship status.
The percentages of native-born and foreign-born populations without health insurance are determined by dividing the native-born population without health insurance by the total native-born population, and the foreign-born population (for citizens and non-citizens) without health insurance by the total foreign-born population, respectively.
