Children public school grades PK-12 who qualify for free or reduced price lunches within a given school year.
Public school children qualify for free lunches if their family's income is less than 130 percent of the federal poverty level. Public school children qualify for reduced price lunches if their family's income is less than 185 percent of the federal poverty level.
