Definition

Youth and young adults ages 14 to 24 who live in households with access to a computer or a tablet and high-speed internet by race and ethnicity. Households that do not directly pay a service provider are excluded.

Data Source

PRB analysis of data from the U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey, 5-year Public Use Microdata Sample files.
