Definition
Student homelessness by race-ethnicity is the percentage of students who lack a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence. This includes students who are sharing the housing of other persons due to loss of housing or economic hardship (sometimes referred to as "doubled-up"). The denominator for the percent calculation is the student membership count.
