Births to mothers who indicated they smoked during the entire pregnancy and also those who quit smoking during the pregnancy by race and Hispanic origin.
White non-Hispanic - live births recorded as white alone and non-Hispanic
Black non-Hispanic - live births recorded as black alone and non-Hispanic
Other non-Hispanic - live births recorded as any other race alone or two or more races and non-Hispanic
Hispanic - live births recorded as being of any race and Hispanic
