Definition
Births to mothers age 20 and over who received prenatal care in the first trimester of pregnancy. The percent early prenatal care is the number of live births to mother age 20 and over that received prenatal care within the first trimester of pregnancy divided by the total number of live births to mothers age 20 and over.
