Percent refers to percentage of total children living below poverty line that belong to each race/ethnicity group.
For example, in 2013 23.76% of all children living below the poverty line in the state of Maryland were white.
Note: Total Children Living Below Poverty Line includes both Race classification and non-classified hence adding the Race/ethnicity numbers and percentages will not equal to Total Children Below Poverty Line.
