The number and rate per 1,000 children age 10 to 17 at risk of delinquency or who have been adjudicated undisciplined or delinquent receiving services through the Juvenile Crime Prevention Councils (JCPCs).
Juvenile Crime Prevention Councils are responsible for planning and developing strategies to address and prevent juvenile delinquency and developing a local continuum of sanctions and services to address the issues of delinquent juveniles, youth at risk of delinquency and their families.
