Notes
Each reported year represents a school year. The denominator is the resident average daily membership in Rhode Island public elementary and secondary schools as calculated by the Rhode Island Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Students in pre-kindergarten receiving special education services and students who are parentally-placed in private schools are not included in this indicator.
