Definition

Average monthly enrollment of children in the Illinois Child Care Assistance (CCAP) Program by state fiscal year. CCAP provides low-income working families with access to affordable child care services. Families are required to make co-payments on a sliding scale based on family size, income, and number of children in care. Enrollment is rounded to the nearest thousandth.
