Average rent used for these communities is the HUD FY 2020 Fair Market Rent for the metropolitan area as reported by the U.S.Department of Housing and Urban Development. The average rents calculated for the four core cities
and the remainder of state do not include communities for which data from the 2020 Rhode Island Rent Survey was not available.
