Definition

The percentage of children under the age of 18 in New Mexico living in two-parent families with income between 100% and 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL).
This data should be read as the percentage of children: 1) whose parents were both born in the U.S. or 2) whose parents were both born in a foreign country or 3) who have one U.S.-born parent and one foreign-born parent.
