Question from the Prevention Needs Assessment survey, conducted across the state every even-numbered year in grades 8, 10 and 12.

Question asked, "During the last FOUR WEEKS how many whole days of school have you missed because you skipped or 'cut'? Percentage is for any student answering 1 or more days.
