The data for 2009 through 2014 are based on the Palmetto Assessment of State Standards (SCPASS) test, which replaced the PACT in 2009. The SCPASS was administered to students in grades 3 through 8 to measure academic performance in writing, English language arts, and mathematics.
Due to differences between the assessments, the SCPASS results are not comparable to the BSAP, the PACT, the ACT Aspire, or the SC READY results.
