Part 1 crimes include Murder and Non-negligent Manslaughter, Manslaughter by Negligence, Forcible Rape, Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary-Breaking or Entering, Larceny-Theft (Except Motor Vehicle Theft), Motor Vehicle Theft, and Arson. Part II crimes include everything else except Traffic Offenses.
